Hi, I’m Josh. I started my practice in 2014 wanting to advocate for others, being driven by what’s true and fair.

As an owner of historical and income city properties, I have first-hand experience with the process of real estate law. My knowledge as both a realtor and owner has given me a well-rounded perspective, so I’m able to better understand the needs of my clients having been there before.

A Baltimore native, I invest in this community, and I want to be able to help my neighbors from drafting up solid tenant lease agreements, to representing tenants when they don’t have a voice, to giving advice through difficult criminal or life situations. I want to be there for my clients no matter what comes their way.
